We started using the Equiwinner patches earlier this year for one of our horses.  This horse is an 11 year old Dutch warmblood who competes in both show jumping and dressage competitions.

Although exuberant when jumping, he has otherwise always been a lazy horse who is difficult to get fit and to keep fit and who puts weight on very easily.  He tires quickly and when he runs out of energy he switches off completely.  He also does not cope well with hot weather conditions. 

He has had some injuries recently, and since bringing him back into work we have had a vicious circle where he needed to more work to build up and to improve his suppleness, but did not have the stamina and energy to work harder.  

When we started using the patches, the most noticeable difference was that he was much more forward from the start of each training session and that we could continue working for full sessions without him running out of steam.  This improvement has been maintained and he can now cope with working in hot weather as well as our Thoroughbreds.  This has meant that we can now get him back up to full strength and fitness and to progress with his training.

My horse "Flo" has always been well behaved, we compete at affiliated dressage-medium level, she would become very lethargic with no sparkle or enthusiasm at all. In 8 years she has never had a drink at a show, whatever the temperature, even though we always offer her a bucket of water, it was almost impossible to get a decent test out of her at all.

Then I was advised to use the performance patches, I did as suggested and the difference has been amazing, after the course of patches at our first show Flo drank a whole container of water and had two wee's, again another thing she never does at shows.
She was full of inner energy with ears forward and even had a little shy at my friend's pushchair, in a positive way I may add.

we won both our medium classes with a score of 69.8%, in all ways Flo is much more alert and brighter in everything we do, I am so pleased with the results that performance patches has made to my dear horse,
