"I have an endurance horse which sweats profusely when travelling and refuses to drink whilst out on the course until she has completed at least 30-40 miles. 

Richard Maxwell suggested the Equiwinner patches and two weeks after using them I took her to an endurance event. She didn't sweat at all on the journeys there or back and started drinking after just 5 miles. 

We completed a 50 mile ride and she drank at every crew point (approximately 5 - 8 miles).
She even ate her feed at night on returning to the
yard which she never normally does. The only downside to them was they didn't stick very well when she wasn't rugged but then i did try them
out when she was moulting. I am certainly going to be buying some more for the rest of the season."
